This trip will mark the one-year anniversary of Boot2Turf, and we are going back to the city where it all started. The B2T Daytona anniversary weekend is a full beach-to-pit-row experience built for the woman who shows up for herself and her community. Beach day. Welcome dinner. Two nights oceanfront at the Daytona Grande. And then race day at the Coke Zero Sugar 400 with access to a B2T 1 Year Anniversary Private Pit Row Patio. This is not just a race. This is a celebration.

The Boot2Turf Daytona: Full Weekend Experience (Shared Room) and Full Weekend Experience (Private Room) are for the girlies who want every moment of the anniversary weekend handled from check-in to checkout.
The Boot2Turf Daytona: Full Weekend Experience (No Hotel Room) is for the girlies who want every moment of the anniversary weekend but will handle their own hotel room. YOUR HOTEL STAY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE.
The Boot2Turf Daytona: Race Day Premium is for the girl who just wants race day done right.

PACKAGE 1 — BOOT2TURF DAYTONA: FULL WEEKEND EXPERIENCE (SHARED ROOM) | $3,123
This package is for: The girlies who want the full B2T anniversary experience. Hotel, beach day, welcome dinner, race day, and transport — all handled. Nothing to think about but showing up.

Weekend Schedule:
Friday, August 28 — Welcome Day
Arrive in Daytona and check into the Daytona Grande Oceanfront Hotel. Get settled, get cute, and meet the girlies. We spend the day at the beach B2T style, and the evening kicks off with a private welcome dinner. Luxe ground transportation from the host hotel provided.
Saturday, August 29 — Race Day
It's giving race day ALL day. This package includes luxe round-trip ground transportation from the host hotel. Pit Pass access, Private B2T Anniversary Pit Row Patio, TikTok-level race day moments, and your host on the ground keeping the energy right. Coke Zero Sugar 400 — B2T anniversary edition.
Sunday, August 30 — Departure Day
This is your day. There are no official B2T events. This day is allotted for your independent departure. Take the slower route home — you earned it.
PACKAGE 2 — BOOT2TURF DAYTONA: FULL WEEKEND EXPERIENCE (PRIVATE ROOM) | $3,763
This package is for: The girlies who want the full B2T anniversary experience with their own space to come back to. Same energy, same access, her own room.

- Everything included in the Full Weekend Experience
- Private room (solo occupancy) at the Daytona Grande Oceanfront Hotel
Weekend Schedule:
Same as Full Weekend Shared Room above.
PACKAGE 3 — BOOT2TURF DAYTONA: FULL WEEKEND EXPERIENCE (NO HOTEL ROOM) | $2,700
This package is for: The girlies who want the full B2T anniversary experience but will book their own hotel room.

PACKAGE 4 — BOOT2TURF DAYTONA: RACE DAY PREMIUM | $2,378
This package is for: The girlies who are already in Daytona or have their own hotel handled and just want race day done at the B2T level. This is not the full weekend — it is race day done right.

Race Day Schedule:
Saturday, August 29th — Race Day
Meet at the designated host hotel pickup location. Luxe transportation to Daytona International Speedway. Pit Pass access, B2T Anniversary Pit Row Patio, and B2T race day experience. Transportation back to the pickup location after the race.

- Flights or airport transfers
- Personal expenses
- Meals outside of included experiences
- Hotel accommodations (does not apply to Full Weekend packages — hotel is included in those)
IMPORTANT POLICIES
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
- This is a capped experience. Once packages sell out, no additional tickets will be added
- By purchasing, you grant Boot2Turf permission to photograph and record during the event for promotional use
- By purchasing, you acknowledge voluntary participation and release Boot2Turf from liability for injuries or damages during the event
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What airport should I fly into for Daytona?
Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) is right in the city — about 5 miles from the Daytona Grande and roughly a 10-minute Uber. This is your best option. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 60 miles away and roughly an hour's drive — a good option if you find a better deal on flights. Uber from MCO to Daytona Beach runs approximately $80-$110 each way. Once you purchase your package you will be added to the B2T Daytona group chat where you can connect with other members traveling around the same time and coordinate airport pickups.
Where should I stay for the Daytona trip?
Full Weekend Experience packages include a 2-night stay at the Daytona Grande Oceanfront Hotel — our host hotel for the weekend and your transportation hub.
Can I attend alone?
Yes. Many B2T members attend solo and leave connected.
Do I need to know anything about NASCAR?
No. This is beginner-friendly and fully guided.
Is transportation included?
It depends on your package. Full Weekend and Race Day Premium both include luxe ground transportation to all official B2T events. Race Day Standard does not include transportation — you make your own way to the speedway.
Will we sit together at the race?
Yes. All B2T race packages are coordinated as a group experience. Full Weekend and Premium guests with Pit Passes will have access to the Private B2T 1 Year Anniversary Pit Row Patio and will navigate the pit together while still having freedom to explore. Standard guests will be seated together in the B2T general admission shared anniversary section and do not have access to the Private B2T 1 Year Anniversary Pit Row Patio.
