Boot2Turf Refund Policy

Boot2Turf is an experiential lifestyle brand offering curated event access, travel packages, and premium in-person experiences. Due to the nature of our offerings, our refund policy differs from traditional retail businesses.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Event Tickets & Travel Packages

All Boot2Turf event tickets, race weekend packages, curated trip experiences, and related access passes are:

Final Sale
Non-Refundable
Non-Cancelable

Because our events require advance vendor payments, venue deposits, hospitality guarantees, and limited capacity planning, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Package Transfers

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

Transfer requests:

• Are not guaranteed

• Are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

• Must be submitted in writing to hello@boottoturf.com

• Must be requested no later than 60 days before the event

If approved:

• Transfers may be subject to administrative fees

• Transfers may be limited based on vendor, venue, or ticketing partner restrictions

• We reserve the right to deny any transfer request at our discretion

Boot2Turf is not responsible for finding a replacement attendee.

Missed Events

Failure to attend an event, including due to:

• Travel delays

• Illness

• Personal scheduling conflicts

• Weather disruptions

• Visa issues

• Airline cancellations

does not qualify for a refund or credit.

We strongly encourage attendees to purchase travel insurance when applicable.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan option is selected:

• All payments made are non-refundable.

• Failure to complete remaining payments may result in forfeiture of prior payments and cancellation of your reservation.

• Payment obligations remain binding once agreed upon.

Future Merchandise Policy

At this time, Boot2Turf does not sell physical merchandise.

Once merchandise launches, this Refund Policy will be updated to reflect:

• Return eligibility

• Condition requirements

• Return timelines

• Processing times

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing through our website, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback for a clearly stated non-refundable purchase may result in:

• Permanent removal from Boot2Turf experiences

• Denial of future purchases

• Legal recovery of disputed funds and associated fees

Force Majeure

Boot2Turf is not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Government restrictions

• Acts of God

• Public health emergencies

• Venue cancellations

• Vendor insolvency

• Natural disasters

In such cases, we will determine appropriate next steps, which may include rescheduling but not guaranteed refunds.
