Welcome to Boot2Turf.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Boot2Turf Social Club (“Boot2Turf”). Boot2Turf operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, event offerings, travel experiences, ticket packages, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Boot2Turf is an experiential lifestyle brand curating premium in-person events, race weekends, group travel packages, and related experiences. Our Services may include event tickets, travel coordination, curated hospitality access, digital content, and (in the future) merchandise.

Boot2Turf is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You agree that all information you provide (including payment and contact details) is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned without our written permission.

SECTION 1A – ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT (21+)

Boot2Turf events, travel experiences, and curated gatherings are strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of the event.

By purchasing any ticket, travel package, or experience through our Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years old
You will be 21 years old on or before the event date
You can provide valid government-issued identification upon request

Boot2Turf reserves the right to verify age at any time.

If a purchaser or attendee is found to be under 21:

  • Access to the event will be denied
  • No refund will be issued
  • Any associated travel or vendor payments remain non-refundable

Boot2Turf is not responsible for denied entry due to failure to meet age requirements.

SECTION 2 – OUR SERVICES & OFFERINGS

Boot2Turf primarily offers:

  • Event tickets
  • Race weekend access
  • Curated travel packages
  • Hospitality experiences
  • Payment plan options
  • Future merchandise

Because our offerings involve limited capacity, vendor deposits, venue contracts, and pre-paid hospitality commitments, availability is limited and subject to change.

All descriptions, pricing, inclusions, and event details are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the experience will meet individual expectations, as events are influenced by third-party vendors, venues, race organizers, hospitality partners, and travel providers.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & EVENT PURCHASES

All Boot2Turf events are 21+ experiences. Admission will require government-issued photo identification.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Boot2Turf reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders for event tickets, travel packages, and curated experiences are considered final sale once accepted.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You acknowledge that:

  • Event tickets and travel packages are non-refundable
  • Transfers are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case
  • Payment plan commitments are binding once entered

Failure to attend an event does not entitle you to a refund.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, BILLING & PAYMENT PLANS

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, processing fees, travel insurance, airfare, or additional personal expenses.

If you select a payment plan:

  • You agree to complete all scheduled payments
  • Missed payments may result in forfeiture of prior payments
  • We will cancel your reservation if payment obligations are not met

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When Boot2Turf begins selling physical merchandise, shipping timelines will be estimates only.

Boot2Turf is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

SECTION 6 – EVENT LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing and attending a Boot2Turf event, you acknowledge that participation in live events, travel, and hospitality experiences carries inherent risks.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to:

  • Travel delays
  • Venue changes
  • Crowd-related incidents
  • Weather conditions
  • Third-party vendor performance

Boot2Turf acts as a curator and coordinator of experiences and is not liable for acts, omissions, or failures of third-party vendors, venues, race organizers, hospitality providers, or travel suppliers.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including trademarks, logos, designs, text, video, photography, branding, and creative materials, is the property of Boot2Turf.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written consent.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS & PARTNERS

Our Services may include links to third-party sites, partners, venues, and vendors.

We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

All third-party transactions are governed by their respective terms.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Boot2Turf is powered by Shopify. All sales are between you and Boot2Turf directly.

You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Boot2Turf.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

All personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Information may be processed by Shopify and related service providers to facilitate Services.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

Any feedback submitted may be used by Boot2Turf without obligation of compensation.

SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

  • Attempt fraudulent purchases
  • Initiate chargebacks for clearly non-refundable purchases without first contacting us
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes
  • Misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to refuse future service if these Terms are violated.

SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services and offerings are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific event outcomes, or uninterrupted vendor performance.

SECTION 14 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boot2Turf shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Event attendance
  • Travel delays
  • Third-party vendor actions
  • Missed events
  • Weather disruptions
  • Government restrictions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service in question.

SECTION 15 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boot2Turf and its affiliates from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Boot2Turf is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 17 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updates.
